Mapalo Training
Mapalo Training is a company providing leadership training to various organizations. Focusing on turning managers into leaders, their custom method has allowed numerous organizations to develop their managers and benefit from the knowledge sharing.
Strategy & Set-up
The challenge was to mix both Long-term and Short-term objectives within a short time frame.
Due to an event that would be held in about 1.5 months, we had to get quick sign-ups without an extensive marketing strategy in place. Nor had they an up-to-date presence on any channels.
Besides this short-term objective we wanted to make use of the thought leadership potential the founder has. Given their own method, personal profile follower base and events, there was a huge potential for the more medium to long term. These campaigns would focus more on organic & thought leadership sharing but would require more time.
